Is a product in stock?
When a product says "In stock," it means we have the item in stock immediately.
If it says "1-2 business days delivery time," for example, this is a standard delivery time that is achievable in 99% of cases. Want to be absolutely sure? Feel free to contact us.
Some products also have a question mark icon. When you hover your mouse over it, the following message appears:
"Note: This item is not linked to our inventory system. It is often in stock or available within 1-2 business days, but we will confirm the delivery time after you place your order to prevent misleading information. Want to be sure it's in stock? Feel free to contact us."
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs are calculated automatically by our system. You'll see the exact price in your shopping cart, even before you enter your personal information. This way, you know exactly what to expect. Orders over €150 receive a €7.95 discount.
What is the delivery time of my order?
If your order is in stock, you will usually receive it within 1 working day in the Netherlands. Within Europe it takes 1 to 4 working days. The delivery times indicated for the products are from the order date until the shipment from our warehouse. So the sooner you order, the sooner your JDM goodies will be on their way!
I am looking for a product that is not on the website. Do you have that?
Of course! Feel free to contact us. Our website only shows the most popular products, but we have many more in our range.
Can a product be returned?
You can return your order (or part of it) by contacting us within 14 days of receipt. Always wait for our approval before returning any product. We cannot process returns without prior authorization.
Returns can only be shipped to our return address using a reliable shipping method that includes tracking. You cannot deliver the package yourself. Shipping costs for both the outbound and return shipments are always the buyer's responsibility and will not be reimbursed by us.
Returns we cannot accept:
- Damaged products
- Incomplete products
- Products with damaged, soiled, or missing packaging
- Painted parts
- Parts that have already been installed or used
- Items that were specially ordered for you (with a longer delivery time)
- Custom-made parts (such as brake hoses)
- Discounted or outlet items
Please note: If a product proves to be defective after installation, this is covered by our warranty policy and not by our returns policy.
How long is the warranty period?
All our products come with a minimum 1-year warranty, and some brands even offer a lifetime warranty. The exact warranty period varies by product and brand; please check the product information or feel free to contact us for clarification.
Important conditions:
- The warranty applies to normal use and demonstrably correct installation (for example, with an invoice from the garage).
- Use for racing, circuit, or off-road purposes, incorrect installation, modifications, or normal wear and tear are not covered by the warranty.
- If a product proves defective within the warranty period without improper use or external damage, we will repair it free of charge or provide a replacement part.
- The warranty is always handled by the manufacturer. We will process your request and coordinate with the manufacturer, who will make the final decision. We will, of course, keep you informed throughout this process.
Is there a showroom or pick-up location?
We do not have a showroom or visiting address. This allows us to keep the prices low! Everything is packed and shipped with great care, unless it is too big, too heavy or too fragile. In that case, we will bring it personally or let a courier do the heavy lifting. Don't worry, we will make sure it arrives safely!
Can I contact you for technical questions and advice?
Yes, definitely! Feel free to contact us for advice. Thanks to our workshop experience, we can help you further. We are real petrolheads just like you!
Why don't I receive an email confirmation?
You will receive a confirmation immediately after your order has been placed. Didn't receive anything? First check your spam box. Still nothing? Then contact us, and we will fix it for you!
What is the left and right side of my car?
Simple! We always determine left and right from the driver's position. If you are behind the wheel, then left is the driver's side and right is the passenger's side.
So for an English, Japanese or Australian car, the right is the side where you hold the steering wheel and the left is where your passenger sits.
For example, in a Dutch or French car, the right is the side where your passenger sits and the left is the side where you hold your steering wheel.
