APP RS performance brake pads use advanced friction technology for demanding street and performance use. The Para-Aramid friction material is designed to provide consistent braking performance and good modulation at high operating temperatures. Its low compressibility can produce additional brake noise and dust on some vehicles. The pads are post-cured and scorched to reduce the required bedding-in period and provide stable friction performance and strong stopping power from the start.
