The Mishimoto aluminium fan shroud and electric fan kit for the Mazda MX-5 NB (NB8C) is designed to significantly enhance engine cooling and overall vehicle performance. This lightweight aluminium shroud efficiently evacuates heat from the engine bay while directing a high volume of cool air straight through the aluminium radiator. Compared to OEM fan shrouds, the Mishimoto design is lighter, stronger, and more effective.

In addition to improving airflow, the fan shroud securely holds the fan blades in place, reducing the risk of damage to surrounding engine components. The included adhesive foam seal ensures that air is pulled exclusively through the radiator core rather than from the engine bay, maximizing cooling efficiency.
