Which payment methods do you accept?
These are all the payment methods we accept. You can also manually transfer the amount to our bank account.
Is paying through your webshop safe?
Yes, paying through our webshop is completely safe. All payments are processed via secure payment providers with encrypted connections (SSL). Your data is never stored or shared with third parties.
My payment failed, what now?
If you log into your account and go to My orders, open your order and click Pay order. You can also simply place a new order. We will automatically cancel the failed payment order.
When is my payment processed?
Your payment is processed instantly via all payment methods, there is no delay.
If you choose a manual bank transfer, it may take a few hours before your payment is processed.
Can I pay afterwards?
You can use Klarna to pay afterwards. Klarna is available in most countries.
Can I receive an invoice?
You will automatically receive the invoice by email once your order has been shipped. You can also download it in your account under My invoices.
Can I order as a business?
Yes, of course. You can also enter your VAT number for an intra-community supply.
Can I pay in another currency?
No, we only support EURO. In most cases your bank or payment provider will automatically handle conversion if you pay in another currency.
Do I have to pay import duties or taxes?
Within the European Union
No, you do not have to pay anything if you live within the European Union. All taxes are already included.
Outside the European Union
If you live outside the European Union, you do not have to pay VAT during your order. However, you may have to pay import duties and/or taxes once the package is delivered to your home.
